| Yeah so, I'm Ashley. I'm 14, Canadian, and proud of it. Music is my life. It's what I love, what I desire.. it's what keeps me moving. It's what inspires me to sing, and to draw. They are my passions, two things I love the most in life. They just take me to this state of mind where nothing else matters.. where I feel content. When I was younger I never saw myself as a singer, but after a few years of belting out lyrics to my hearts content when I'm bored and home alone, it slowly became a dream of mine to be successful with it. And recently I've grown a love for photography. But I need the perfect camera. My everyday digital camera just doesn't cut it. Although, I have gotten some good shots with it. But.. not good enough. Life.. well it's tough. But somehow I find a way to get by. No matter the lack of friends I have, how shy I am, my horrible habits, or how extremely emotional I am.. I seem to get through it. I may seem like a person who's always feeling good, doing fine, having the best of everything. Even though it may seem that way.. I feel hurt most of the time. Sure, I may be a tad more fortunate than the average teenager, and I may not have had a terrible childhood, or seen horrible things, but I can still have my feelings hurt. And love, family and friends always seem to be the trigger. I feel that I'm looking towards nothing, and that every day flies by. If you blink, you'll miss it. And every day is the same. Get up, go to school, come home, go to bed. Nothing new happens or changes. But that's what makes me hope for a day where something incredible happens. But.. I still start every day with a smile. I wish and hope for my friends to be happy, and live the lives they want to live. I love them dearly, and always try to help them to the best of my ability. Sometimes I don't always receive the same help in return.. but I don't mind most of the time. Anything for my friends to be happy. (: If the day ends with the same smile.. I know that the day was worth every minute. If not.. then I'll just have to see what's in store for the days to come. Well, anyway.. take a look at my gallery, and enjoy.
